Q: Where can I find my order ID? I purchased the product from amazon.
A: Go to your amazon account-> your orders-> find the purchase-> order details

Q: My salt/ pepper grinder works but nothing comes out. What's wrong?

A: Please double check the way you have inserted the batteries. If you insert them wrongly, then the grinding mechanism spins clockwise and this leads to little or no grinding. The grinding mechanism should rotate anticlockwise when you look at the bottom of the grinder.

Q: Can I use rechargeable batteries for the salt and pepper grinders?

A: No, the grinders work only with non-rechargeable batteries. If you opt for a name brand batteries they should last you for about 10 months with average everyday use.

Q: How do I adjust the coarseness of my salt/pepper grinder? 

A: Take off the rubber lid at the bottom of the grinder and you will see the coarseness knob. The more you tighten it, the finer the grind will be and the opposite. The little dots do not correspond to the grind size- they just show you which way to turn the knob.

Q: Are the electric salt and pepper grinders dishwasher safe?

A: No, the only washable parts are the rubber lid and the ceramic part. You should have received complete instructions on how to clean the grinder in the box and via email. If you haven't- please send us an email to customers@flafsterkitchen.com

Q: I want to buy more than one product with the 25% Off. How can I do it?
A: You can't. Every coupon code can be used once by a customer and it can applied towards one unit only. We are giving the product away to show our gratitude for having you as our customer, but we actually do not make any profit when we sell at discount. For these reasons the coupon can be used only once regardless how many products you have purchased from us.
